Abstract

EDUKASI JUS TOMAT UNTUK MENURUNKAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA
PENDERITA HIPERTENSI MELALUI MEDIA POSTER

INTISARI
Latar Belakang; Hipertensi adalah suatu kondisi pembuluh darah meningkat secara
persisten. Hipertensi dengan komplikasi 5,3% merupakan penyebab kematian nomor
lima pada semua umur. Jumlah hipertensi di Indonesia memiliki pravelensi tinggi
yaitu sebesar 25,8%. Hipertensi dipengaruhi oleh kebiasaan merokok, kurangnya
aktivitas, pola makan yang tidak sehat, obesitas dan stress. Hipertensi menyebabkan
gejala sakit kepala, rasa berat ditengkuk, pusing, susah tidur, dan mata berkunang –
kunang.Tujuan dari pembuatan media ini untuk menambah pengetahuan dan
memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai konsumsi jus tomat sebagai
upaya menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Metode; Menggunakan
media poster berjudul “Jus Tomat Sebagai Upaya Untuk Menurunkan Tekanan Darah
Pada Penderita Hipertensi”.Hasil; Luaran Project akhir ini berupa media poster “Jus
Tomat Sebagai Upaya Untuk Menurunkan Tekanan Darah Pada Penderita
Hipertensi”.Kesimpulan; Media poster“Jus Tomat Sebagai Upaya Untuk
Menurunkan Tekanan Darah Pada Penderita Hipertensi Melalui Media Poster”, poster
ini diharapakan memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat khususnya penderita hipertensi
sehingga dapat memperoleh informasi mengenai pemberian jus tomat sebagai penurun
tekanan darah.
